The Treasures Trophies, established in 2017, aim to honor individuals or clubs who have contributed significantly to the sport of soaring in Canada by implementing innovative fundraising, organizational restructuring, or creative financing. The Jim McCollum Award for Innovation is presented annually to those who have made substantial strides in increasing membership, enhancing club fleets, or boosting financial assets, ultimately advancing the soaring community in Canada.
