Tool-plas Systems Inc. and Tool Processing Solutions Inc. o/a TPS Global are companies that were appointed under receivership by Deloitte Restructuring Inc. The Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued an Appointment Order for the receivership, and Deloitte has been managing the assets and properties of the Debtors. The receivership process concluded with the filing of a Discharge Certificate in January 2023.
