GREAT WALL STONE

The Great Wall of Saskatchewan is a remarkable project initiated by Albert Johnson, spanning half a mile near the village of Smiley. Constructed between 1962 and 1991, the wall is composed of carefully arranged stones without the use of mortar, showcasing Johnson's dedication to creating a unique landmark. Alongside the wall, a sod house and planted vegetation add to the scenic beauty of the site.
