Circa Enterprises Inc. operates in two main business segments - telecom and metals. In the telecom segment, the company designs, manufactures, and sells high-performance telecommunications equipment under various brand names. In the metals segment, Circa designs, manufactures, and sells metering equipment, enclosures, pole line hardware, and other products to the Canadian electrical industry. Recently, Circa amalgamated with Sicame Amalco Inc. and the amalgamated company continued as Hydel Inc., with the telecom segment assets being sold to Guardian Telecom Ltd.
