BEAN STOCK
Bean Stock is an employee stock ownership program offered to Starbucks partners, allowing them to share in the company's financial success through shares of Starbucks stock. Eligible partners receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) that vest over a two-year period, granting them ownership of Starbucks shares which they can hold or sell. Grants are provided in November for partners meeting specific criteria.
